Mike Thompson
President, A&P, IA
With over 30 years in the aviation business Mike is rumored to have 100LL running through his veins!  Seriously, Mike has been in aviation since the early 1970's, earning his A&P and private pilot rating in 1980 and gaining his IA in 1986.  He started AVSTAR in 1995 with another technician, and a few years later became sole owner.

Dale Sanderson
A&P, IA
Dale has been Mike's right hand man since 2003 (minus a couple of years in the middle).  He earned his A&P license in 1997, and gained his IA in 2009.  Dale spent his first few aviation years with the airlines.

Janice Hawks
Office Manager
Janice has been with AVSTAR since 1999 (minus a few years in the middle).  Previously, she was with a major avionics shop, so she understands some aviation lingo!
