Tail cracking issues on a Debonair

kin cracks had been watched by the owner of this airplane for a while, when they started to grow at an accelerated rate, we were called for a repair.
Further inspection showed there may be a problem with the aft bulkhead also.
So, the bulkhead was pulled out and the problems were confirmed.
A robust skin doubler was fabricated, new bulkhead fit, drilled, de-burred and installed.
That will keep all parts holding hands!
